Laryngoscope Research & Development
This startup company was developing a novel Laryngoscope device incorporating new endotracheal intubation technology that is safer, quicker, and easier to deploy. As part of their product development, the Client engaged Boost Design to complete the following activities:
- Researching competing laryngoscope products, and recommending a range of design requirements for key product features
- Determining methodologies for comparing their prototype with other devices already released to market, and performing associated testing
- Researching options for various improvements to the prototype, and developing basic proof-of-concept electronics such that performance criteria were exceeded
This Laryngoscope is currently undergoing further development.
